SPX Express Prohibited Items
It is the responsibility of SPX customers to comply with the rules and regulations of the Philippine government, as well as with SPX policies. We trust that our clients will cooperate with these mandatories as we aim for mutual success between both client and SPX.
SPX limits the delivery of items of the following nature. Be mindful of these restrictions to avoid pick up rejections. SPX reserves the right to decline processing orders that fall under the Prohibited/Restricted Item list. SPX also will not be liable for any legal implications resulting to SPX’ client’s refusal to comply with the prohibited/restricted item list.
Non-exhaustive list of items/item categories that will not be delivered by SPX:
- Philippine FDA warned items. *Check FDA warning advisories regularly on their official website.
- Firearms / weapons
- Ammunition
- Illegal Drugs, drug paraphernalia and drug test circumvention aids
- Fireworks and hazardous materials
- Miracle cures
- Currency, FOREX, digital asset/token
- Pornography, obscene and adult content; sexually oriented materials or services
- Counterfeit and replica goods
- Items or downloads infringe or violate copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction
- Pyramid or Ponzi scheme, matrix program and other "get rich quick" schemes
- Gold bar
- Items promote hatred, racism, religious persecution or contain offensive content
- Items encouraging illegal activity
- Human remains and body parts
- Unlicensed multi-level marketing
- Stolen goods including digital and virtual goods
- Involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood of being fraudulent
- Vaccination Cards regardless of material (eg. PVC, paper, etc.) Note: If you are selling Vaccination Card Sleeves, please do not include vaccination card in the image to avoid deletion of your listing & penalty
- Homemade food
- Repacked food & supplements
- Orthodontic related items (eg. DIY braces, crowns, retainers, etc.)
- Tattoo Needles and other related items
- Cosmetic Needles (eg. invasive cosmetic needles, derma rollers, micro needles, filler injections, etc.)
- Tactical Knives/ Weapons/ Self-defense Tools used to harm
- Government, police, or military items & Uniforms which closely resemble those of government, police or military peronnel
- One SIM Load All
- Commemorative coins, bills, and currencies
- Physical currency or credits (stored value cards, loyalty/rewards card - including collectibles)
- Vanity car/motorcycle plates & new customized car/motorcycle plates
- Items such as stickers, emblem, vehicle plates, shirts, lanyards etc. with Government Offices Logos (eg. Office of the President, Supreme Court, NBI, LGU, etc.)
- Services or documents issued by the Philippine Government
- Realistic Toy Guns
- Toy gun accessories (bullet - not foam)
- Business/ Retailing Packaging (eg. Sim Card Business, Food cart, networking)
- Preloved Baby Products (eg. Feeding bottles, breast pump, pacifier, teether, diaper cloth)
- Preloved undergarments, cosmetic products & contact lens
- Homeowners Association Subdivision Entrance Stickers
- Wood bleach products
- Animal and wildlife products
- Any other products which are illegal or otherwise prohibited by Applicable Law
- Such other prohibited products notified by Company to Master Merchant Acquirer from time to time
- Toys having bad influence to children, public security
Restricted Items Summary
Kindly refer below for a more comprehensive guide:
1. Flammable solids, such as red phosphorus, sulfur, aluminum powder, flashpowder, solid alcohol, matches, and activated carbon, are not allowed. Flammable liquids, such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, acetone, flash powder,ether, paint, lacquer, benzene, and rosin oil, are not allowed. Flammable gasses, such as hydrogen, methane, ethane, butane, natural gas,liquefied petroleum gas, ethylene, propylene, acetylene, and lighters, are notallowed.
2. Oxidizers, Organic Peroxide and Liquid Fertilizers, such as agua oxinada, and household bleach, are not allowed.
3. Perishable Goods, whether fresh or frozen, such as dairy products requiringrefrigeration, fresh meat and fresh fruits are not allowed.
4. Chocolates & Other Food That Melt are not allowed. **Chocolate is allowed only if it follows the proper packaging guidelines.
5. Fresh Bread, Pastries, Cakes, & Homemade Products are not allowed.
6. Lottery or Gambling Devices are not allowed.
7. Orthodontic related items, such as DIY braces, and crowns, are not allowed.
8. Plants & Seedlings are not allowed.
